     The city administration requests that the City Commission of the City of Dania Beach adopt a resolution authorizing the administration to execute an agreement with the Florida Inland Navigation District (FIND) for Waterway Assistance Program funds.

Description of Action

     The city applied for and received grant funding from FIND for the reconstruction of the Dania Beach Marina in the amount of $1,382,505.00.  The resolution is necessary to accept the funding.
